cri·sis /ˈkrīsis/
-A time of intense difficulty, trouble, or danger.
-A time when a difficult or important decision must be made.
-The turning point of a disease when an important change takes place, indicating either recovery or death.
When a client relapses and the family is in crisis, having someone they trust on call is imperative. We are experienced and able to quickly access the situation and make sound decisions that will keep them safe and get them any medical attention they require. In most cases, we have already established a collaborative relationship with their clinicians and Client and Coach have created a Relapse Protocol as part of their Recovery Plan. This is a time-saving, and crucial step in the process, especially if family or clinicians cannot be reached.
